I just built my first PC and am having some trouble getting it to boot. When I power it on, the fans spin, and the GPU fans are working, but my RGB lights aren't turning on. Additionally, my keyboard and mouse don't light up or respond, and the monitor isn't displaying anything, even though it's plugged into the GPU. I've double-checked all the connections and even did a CMOS reset by removing the battery for 5 minutes. I'm also not seeing any indicator lights on the motherboard to help troubleshoot. I've tried switching the RAM around as well, but I'm feeling pretty lost here. Can anyone help?

Have you tried waiting a bit longer for it to boot? Sometimes it can take a few minutes before it responds, especially if it's a new build. Also, make sure your keyboard and mouse are firmly connected, as that could affect booting too. Just a thought!
You might need to update the BIOS. Your motherboard is a B650 chipset, which was released before the 9600X CPU, so it probably needs a BIOS update to properly support it. If you're unsure how to do that, I can help you with the steps! Just keep in mind that the lack of response from your keyboard and mouse could also be an unrelated issue.
I haven't done that yet, but I thought it wasn't necessary according to some sources. How do I perform the update? Still a bit confused on how that would affect my peripherals not working.
I waited about 5-10 minutes, but my keyboard and mouse didn’t even light up, so I didn’t think it was doing anything.
