I recently got a pair of Onn. over-ear headphones that perform well on every other device I own, but they sound choppy and distorted when connected to my Windows 11 laptop. I'm really puzzled about why this is happening only with this device. I've tried tweaking the device properties and disabling audio enhancements, but nothing seems to help. By the way, they are Bluetooth headphones!

Definitely check your Bluetooth settings in Windows. Make sure you're not connecting to multiple devices at once, as that could mess with the audio quality. Also, sometimes resetting the headphones by turning them off and on again can resolve weird connectivity issues. Did you rank your headphone priority in the sound settings?
It sounds like a Bluetooth compatibility issue. Sometimes, certain headphone models don’t play well with specific Bluetooth drivers on Windows 11. Have you considered updating your Bluetooth drivers? It could help. You can do this through Device Manager by right-clicking on your Bluetooth device and selecting 'Update driver.' Give it a shot and see if the audio improves!
