I've been having a frustrating issue with my laptop running Windows 11. Yesterday, I lost all audio, and after some troubleshooting, I ended up uninstalling the audio drivers. I even checked a box to delete them completely when I right-clicked to uninstall, and now I'm left with the message 'No audio device installed' on the speaker icon. My laptop is a Jumper S5, which is a custom model from Amazon, so it doesn't have a specific brand name like Dell. In the system, the name appears as 'Default String' and I think the audio is linked to Intel ISS. Any advice on what I can do to restore my audio?

It sounds like you might need to find the right drivers for your audio device. A good starting point is to use Device Manager to locate the unknown device's ID. You can then search online using that ID to find the drivers you need. There are guides available that can help with this process, check out how to find drivers for unknown devices. What more info do you need from me? I've already installed some driver identifiers, but I'm still stuck!
