I've been dealing with a lot of trouble trying to set up Azure resources, specifically Postgres instances, in the North Europe region. The same issues come up when I try to set up Mongo clusters on their own infrastructure there. I've heard from Microsoft support that this might be due to capacity constraints, but I'm curious to know how widespread these problems actually are among other users.

We've been facing similar issues. Getting additional cores has become a hassle. Before, when our quota was nearly maxed out, we could request more and get it instantly. Now, we have to submit a ticket and all we get back is a standard template reply. It feels ridiculous to market cloud solutions as scalable when we can’t actually scale when needed. This seems to be affecting multiple regions for us too. It's frustrating because we can't build machines on-prem anymore due to soaring VMware costs and hardware issues from moving to the cloud. It's just a mess; I wonder where all the cores have disappeared to? Seems like a mystery that starts with an 'A' and ends with an 'I.'
