Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first PC and have already picked up the Ryzen 5 8600G for the CPU. Here's what I've got so far:
* **CPU:** Ryzen 5 8600G (already bought)
* **Motherboard:** ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A WiFi
* **PSU:** Corsair RM750e (wondering if 750W is too much for my setup)
* **Storage:** Samsung 990 Evo Plus 1TB SSD
* **RAM:** Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 (supports AMD EXPO / Intel XMP)
I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this build. I'm particularly concerned about whether the RAM is going to be compatible with the motherboard and CPU. Also, is the PSU wattage overkill, or is it a smart choice for possible future upgrades? I plan to add a dedicated GPU later on, probably an RTX 4060. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hey! Your parts should work together just fine, but you're definitely spending more on the motherboard and SSD than you might need to. If you're trying to save cash, consider a cheaper B650 motherboard and a less pricey SSD—unless there's a great deal on the Samsung gear. You might want to save up for a better GPU instead, like the RTX 5060 Ti or an AMD RX 9060 XT, which would give you way more bang for your buck.

What are some motherboard options that would give good performance while looking nice? I was originally looking at the TUF Gaming B650, then found the ROG Strix for the same price. Also, the Samsung SSD is around $66 USD for me, do you think that's overpriced?
