I recently switched an SSD from my old laptop to my new PC, and it's now stacked on top of another SSD. However, I'm running into an issue where I can't manage the storage on this SSD. Whenever I go to the storage settings in Windows 11, it states that the installed apps are using up 1.20TB of the 2TB capacity. The real problem is that it doesn't show what's actually taking up that space. When I try to filter the storage details specifically for this drive, it just tells me that it couldn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas on how to tackle this?

Also, just to confirm, are you using Windows 11? That can affect disk management features. If you're still having issues, you might want to run a disk cleanup or check for any hidden files that might be taking up significant space.
Have you tried assigning a new drive letter to the SSD? Sometimes, Windows has trouble accessing them if they don't have a unique identifier. Just go to Disk Management and see if you can change the letter there. It might help!
Yeah, I did assign a drive letter already, but it's still not showing the storage details properly.
Yes, I'm definitely on Windows 11! I thought it might be a compatibility thing, but it seems like everything else is working fine.
