Help! Can’t Reset My PC After the Latest Windows Update

After the recent Windows update, I've encountered an issue where the 'Reset this PC' feature isn't working on my office laptops (models T14 and T490). I've attempted to reset using both local and cloud options on four different devices, but nothing is successful. Is there a way to fix this problem or a workaround that you can recommend?

Have you tried running the command in the Command Prompt as an administrator? You can use the command `DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth`. After that, restart your laptop and see if the reset works.

I’ve done that along with `sfc /scannow` in Advanced Startup, but the reset still fails.

You might want to try resetting using the official Windows ISO instead of the Lenovo version. It could help you bypass the issue you're facing! Check out this link for the Windows ISO: rtech.support/windows.

Thank you! I'll give that a shot.

Are you seeing any specific error messages when you try to reset? Knowing the exact error can help figure out the right solution.

It says 'can't reset this PC'. When I used a USB with the Lenovo Media Creation Tool, it creates partitions and sets up the admin account but doesn't complete the installation and just keeps restarting.
