I'm looking to upgrade my RAM from 16GB to 32GB for gaming, and I have a couple of questions. I currently have 2x8GB RAM sticks (DDR4 3000MHz) and I've bought 2x16GB sticks (DDR4 3200MHz), both from Corsair. Should I just remove the old RAM and replace it completely with the new faster RAM? Or is it better to keep all four sticks and have a total of 48GB of RAM, even if that means the speed is capped at 3000MHz? Any advice would be appreciated!

For gaming, it's usually best to remove the old RAM and just go with the new 32GB sticks. If you mix them, you'll likely have to cap the speed at 3000MHz, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying faster RAM. Plus, mixing different speeds can lead to instability, so I’d recommend just going for the full upgrade!
