I'm a developer on the hunt for a Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution. Right now, we rely on a file server that's bogged down with some complicated batch scripts to manage most of our SFTP connections. Previously, we tried GoAnywhere for a year, but it didn't impress me since I was juggling other big projects at the time. We've checked out the AWS MFT solution and are currently considering Cerberus. What MFT solutions have you all used, and what are your thoughts on them?

I’d steer clear of Cerberus. When we renewed, they hiked their prices up by three times and pushed us into a three-year contract. Totally not worth it in my opinion!
