I just upgraded my PC with a new 1TB SSD, but currently, I'm using a 250GB SSD for my operating system. I want to move everything from the 250GB drive to the new 1TB drive without losing any data and without having to completely reinstall Windows. Is there a reliable way to clone my 250GB drive to the new one, so it functions just like before? I really don't want to deal with re-downloading all my software and files.

When you get a new SSD, especially if it's a well-known brand, they often include software for cloning your existing drive. Check the manual or website from the manufacturer for cloning tools. If you have a WD or Samsung SSD, for instance, their respective software can help you clone your 250GB drive to the new 1TB drive easily.
If it's a WD drive, you should be able to use 'True Image Western Digital Edition' as part of the package, or 'Samsung Magician' if it's a Samsung. Make sure you have a way to connect the new NVMe drive, especially if your PC doesn't have extra NVMe slots. There are also some free cloning tools out there if you want to explore those options.
Just a heads up, drive cloning is pretty common and simple to do. Make sure to look up some guides if you're stuck. It will save you from having to re-download everything.
I'm not sure if you'll avoid having to re-download everything. I've heard Windows might introduce something to help with this, but I haven't seen updates on it yet. Just try to clone it; it might save you some hassle later. But no guarantees.
