I recently built my PC and I'm hearing a sound from my MSI Ventus 2X 5060 Ti 16GB GPU. I'm hoping it's just coil whine, but I'm not entirely sure. From what I can hear, it does sound like coil whine, which is pretty common with many graphics cards. Unless it gets really loud or bothers you, it's usually nothing to worry about. If it concerns you, you could always return it for a different card and see if it’s quieter.
I can’t hear much other than the fans, maybe turn your speakers up a bit if you’re not catching it. If it is coil whine, it’s usually just an electrical noise that shouldn’t cause any issues.

Yeah, I can relate! I’ve had coil whine before and it’s kind of annoying, but no harm to performance or components. Just make sure it’s not too loud.
