Why is My Laptop Always at 100% GPU Usage?

I'm having some trouble with my Lenovo Flex 14 laptop, which seems to be running at 100% GPU usage non-stop. I can definitely feel it overheating, and the fans are really loud. According to the software I'm using, it's showing 100% GPU total usage, but when I break it down by application or process, I only see a couple of percentage points here and there (like for my browser and the mission center itself), making it hard to pinpoint what's draining all that GPU power. I've made sure my system is up to date, but that hasn't helped. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can figure out what's using up my GPU resources? Could this be a kernel or driver issue? I'm a bit paranoid that I might have a hidden crypto miner running. Also, are there any tools or ways to get more detailed information from mission center? Here are my system specs: Lenovo IdeaPad FLEX-14API, running Bluefin (Version: 42.20250907.1), Linux 6.15.9-201.fc42.x86_64, Gnome 48, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics, 8GB RAM, and a 2TB Samsung NVMe SSD.

Have you checked what OS you're on? It might be useful to identify which applications are pulling that 100% GPU load. Sometimes, ad blockers fail to catch certain ads, and your GPU will be working overtime rendering them. Also, the newer features in Gnome 48 can be demanding on your GPU, especially on a full HD screen. Just some thoughts, but there could be several factors at play here.

That makes sense. But it seems odd that it's maxing out at idle after a reboot, doesn’t it?
