My Computer Won’t Boot After a Windows Update – No BIOS Screen

Hey everyone! I'm having a major issue with my PC. I was using it fine until last night when Windows prompted me to install some updates. After the updates, I restarted my computer, turned it off, and went to bed. But when I tried to power it on today, it wouldn't even get to the BIOS screen – just a black screen! I've tried moving the memory sticks around and even used the CMDOS jumper, but nothing seems to work. I did manage to boot into Windows once, but after a restart, it's back to the black screen. My motherboard has a yellow LED that indicates a memory issue, and when I put a RAM stick in the usually empty third slot, a red LED turns on, hinting at a possible CPU fault. Sometimes the fans run normally, other times they barely move. I've made sure to test things out with and without the GPU and with different RAM configurations but no luck. Here's my setup: Ryzen 9600x CPU, Asrock B850 Steel Legend Wifi MOBO, 16x2 GB Corsair RAM, 2x 1TB Crucial SSDs, and an EVGA G2 Supernova Gold 750W PSU. I also tried connecting my old system to the PSU, and it worked fine. I attempted a BIOS flashback and used the CMDos jumper too. Given my tests, I suspect either the motherboard or CPU might be dead. Should I just go ahead and use my warranty for the motherboard? Am I missing anything here? Thanks for any help!
