Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my system with some additional ARGB fans, but I've hit a snag—my motherboard doesn't have enough ARGB headers to accommodate them all. I'm considering either an ARGB hub or a controller. Currently, I'm eyeing two hubs: the ASUS TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub and the DeepCool SC790. I'm leaning towards the DeepCool model because it features a dedicated "PWM CPU port", which would allow me to maintain separate fan curves for my CPU cooler and other system fans. My concern is whether this means all fans connected to the ASUS hub would share the same fan curve. Has anyone used either of these hubs? Which option would be best for my setup? Thanks for your help!

What motherboard are you using, and how many fans are you planning to connect? That can really affect your decision. If you have a lot of fans, a hub is usually a solid choice but keep in mind how many headers you’re working with.
Just a heads-up, the DeepCool hub only has one MB PWM connector. The 'PWM CPU' port isn't for connecting additional fans but is there to monitor the RPM of your CPU cooler. So, you'll need to consider that when making your choice.
Oh, I see! So the ‘PWM CPU’ on the SC790 only helps to read the CPU cooler fan's RPM? Thanks for clarifying!
I have an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI, and I want to connect 5 Arctic P14 PWM PST A-RGB fans right now. They can be daisy chained, but I'm worried about running them all off one header since I might add more later.
