I'm curious if it's safe to apply liquid metal on the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Digital WHITE cooler. I want to be sure that there's no aluminum on the surface that could cause issues. What do you all think?

Avoid using liquid metal unless you're fully confident in what you're doing. It's conductive, and if it spills, it can cause serious problems on your motherboard. Standard thermal paste is usually fine unless you're doing extreme overclocking or something very niche. The small temperature gains from liquid metal just aren't worth the risk.
Honestly, using liquid metal for a cooler like this is a bit overkill. I’d recommend going with Thermalright's own thermal paste or any good quality paste. It's more than sufficient for typical use and there's no risk of mess.
Thanks for the advice!
If you're even questioning it, you might not be the best fit for liquid metal. It's probably smarter to stick with traditional thermal paste or a high-end thermal pad instead. Less risk involved!
