Help! One of My Dual Monitors Is Not Showing the Right Resolution

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my dual monitor setup. I have two Dell U2415 monitors connected to a docking station alongside a third HP monitor. One of the Dells is recognized properly in display settings as 'DELL U2415' and has a resolution of 1920x1200, which looks great. However, the second Dell monitor is showing up as 'Wired Display' and is locked at a resolution of 1920x1080, making the text appear blurry. I had our IT team check the drivers, and we updated everything, but the issue persists. Any ideas on what's going wrong?

Have you checked how each monitor is connected to the docking station? The type of cable can make a difference. Sometimes, different cables (like HDMI vs. DisplayPort) can cause recognition issues. It's worth double-checking that!

Both monitors are connected via Digiport to HDMI. It just started acting up last week, but before that, it worked perfectly.

What's the model of your docking station? Some docking stations can't support multiple monitors at full resolution, even if they have several outputs. Also, make sure the cable for the second monitor is good—sometimes a simple cable issue can cause these problems.

I believe it's a Dell WD19TB USB Type C Docking Station. I've been using it for over a year without any issues until this new problem popped up.
