Hey everyone! I built a PC today, but I'm having an issue with my MSI B550 A PRO motherboard, which won't recognize my Ryzen 5 5600X CPU. When I attempt to update the BIOS, it just keeps flashing for more than an hour! I've tried rebooting and reinstalling the BIOS via USB, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on how I can get this sorted?

Double-check that you're using the correct USB slot for the update. It can make a difference!
Just a thought, did you buy the motherboard new? It used to be a problem a while back if a B550 motherboard didn’t have the right BIOS for a 5600X out of the box.
Have you tried using the FLASH BIOS feature? That might help solve your update issue.
