I'm looking to develop an app that would rival OpenTable, featuring some unique functionalities. I don't have a budget for hiring a programmer right now, but I'm open to giving a percentage of the project to someone who can help. I have a background in the HoReCa industry, but I'm not a programmer myself. Could anyone suggest the best AI tools for both the front-end and back-end to help me get started?

If you're new to programming, creating even a minimum viable product (MVP) might be tough using just AI tools. Do you have a truly unique idea? If it's just a minor tweak to existing services, it might not be worth the effort. But if your concept is innovative, consider finding a tech partner or an investor to help get it off the ground. Think about what you can bring to the project besides the idea itself, like connections in the industry or marketing skills.
I actually have connections in the restaurant industry with family owning 20 locations. I believe the app could find a good market here in Romania since there are over 7,000 businesses that could use it. Plus, it's something we could market in other countries as well.
