Help! My PC Won’t Boot After BIOS and Driver Updates

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my storage with an M.2 SSD and had to move my Elgato 4kPro capture card to a different slot. The SSD works fine, but I noticed issues with the capture card; it had an error in the device manager and crashed my computer when I tried to start OBS Studio. To get around this, I disabled the capture card.

I then updated the BIOS without any issues, but after booting into Windows 11 Pro, the capture card still didn't work. I installed some chipset drivers hoping to fix the problem, but now my computer won't boot into Windows at all. It keeps rebooting into a repair mode and won't even load in safe mode. I'm really stuck here and think something in my Windows installation broke. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this without having to reinstall Windows?

Here are my specs:
- Mainboard: MSI X570A-Pro
- PCIe1-Slot: Elgato 4kPro
- M.2_1-Slot: Kingston SA2000M8100
- M.2_2-Slot: Samsung SSD 990 Pro
- PCIe x16-Slot (PCIe_E1): Nvidia RTX 3070

What CPU are you using? I get that it's tough right now, but could there be a conflict with those chipset drivers or a Windows update? Sometimes rolling back the BIOS update can help. Have you tried that? Let me know if you’re getting any blue screens with error codes!

I'm using an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. When I startup, it gets stuck on the mainboard boot screen and then reboots, saying "automatic repair is being prepared." Eventually, I see a blue screen that says "Your PC didn't start correctly." I've tried rolling back the BIOS, but it didn’t help.
