Which RTX 5060 Should I Choose: Dual OC or Prime?

I'm in the market for a GPU priced at $300 or less, and I have my eye on the RTX 5060 with 8GB. Right now, I'm trying to decide between the ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 5060 with dual fans and overclocking capabilities (DUAL-RTX5060-O8G) and the ASUS GeForce RTX 5060 Prime model which has three fans (PRIME-RTX5060-8G). Both are available for the same price. Which one do you think would be the better choice? Also, I'm open to other GPU options around $300. Here are my other specs: 32GB RAM (16x2) and a Ryzen 7 3700x. I'm not playing demanding games, just competitive shooters, and I'm in a hurry since my previous GPU burned out!

I've seen the 9060 XT 8GB going for around $250 with rebates. If you can hold out a bit, I'd personally go for the Prime with the three fans—it tends to cool better, which is great for longevity.

If you're willing to spend a bit more, I'd recommend looking for the Ti versions. Trust me, 8GB will hit a wall pretty soon in gaming, especially if anything gets more demanding. But if you're sticking with competitive shooters, you might be alright for now with what you have.

Yeah, luckily I don't play demanding games. Just trying to get a quick replacement since my last GPU went kaput.

Totally get that! A new GPU can be a life-saver in those moments.
