I'm considering an upgrade for my gaming setup and need some help deciding between the AMD 6950 XT with 16GB for $570 and the Nvidia 5070 with 12GB for $650. I have an Intel i5 14600k, a 750W power supply, and I game on a 1440p monitor. My current games include Minecraft, Counter-Strike, and Forza Horizon 5, and I'm also looking forward to playing Cyberpunk 2077 and GTA 6 when it's released. I keep hearing mixed opinions on both cards, which makes this decision tough for me!

Honestly, I'd lean toward the 5070. It's better for ray tracing and has DLSS4, which can really boost your performance in many games. Even though it has 12GB, most games should still run better on the 5070 than the 6950 XT.
The Nvidia 5070 is about 10% faster than the 6950 XT and is more power-efficient, which is a nice bonus. If performance is your priority, the 5070 is the way to go!

What does DLSS4 even do? I’ve heard of it but not exactly sure how it helps.
