I recently upgraded my GPU from a 2070 Ti to a 5070 Ti. After installing the new card and updating the drivers, I noticed that my FPS in games has dropped to around 20 or 30. No matter how I adjust the graphic settings, the FPS remains stuck in that range. Initially, I thought it might be a CPU bottleneck, but after checking with a bottleneck calculator, it suggests I should be getting closer to 100 FPS. I've also tried using DDU, resetting my PC, tweaking various settings in the NVIDIA control panel, and even updating my BIOS, but nothing seems to help. Any advice on how to fix this?

Sounds like a frustrating issue! Have you tried lowering the resolution or the graphics settings even further to see if it changes anything? Also, check if there's something running in the background that's using a lot of resources.
Have you checked your GPU and CPU utilization while playing? It might give you a clue if one of them is getting maxed out. Also, what CPU are you using? That could be a factor too.
Looks like your CPU is a Ryzen 7 2700. If your GPU usage is only at 10%, that could indicate it's not able to perform at full capacity. Make sure your power supply is sufficient for the new GPU and that all connectors are plugged in properly.
