Help! My PC won’t POST and I can’t figure out why

I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for about a week now where my PC just won't POST. When I try to power it on, I see that all the fans (CPU, GPU, and case) are running, and I can hear the HDD powering up too. It's almost as if the computer is working, except there's no output on the screen and no beeps indicating any errors.

To troubleshoot, I've replaced my motherboard and RAM with brand new parts, which temporarily solved the issue for a few hours before it black screened and returned to not POSTing. I've also swapped out the onboard speaker, but still no beeps. I even replaced the PSU with a new one since the old one was failing voltage tests on the 8-pin connector, but that didn't help either.

I've tried booting with just the CPU and one stick of RAM (a skeleton crew boot) but still got no POST or beeps. I'm starting to worry that the old PSU might have caused damage to the new motherboard while it was in use. Here's a rundown of what I've attempted so far:

- Swapped CPUs to reset the BIOS.
- Performed a skeleton crew boot.
- Reset the CMOS and replaced the CMOS battery.
- Changed the motherboard and RAM (before the PSU failure).
- Installed a new PSU.

Here are my specs if that helps:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X / Athlon 200GE for iGPU testing
- GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 12 GB
- MOBO: Gigabyte 550M K (Rev 1.0)
- RAM: Silicone Power 2x8 GB 3200 MHz
- PSU: Thermaltake GF1 750W

Have you tried booting the system with no drives connected? Sometimes a bad drive can prevent the system from posting altogether. It might be worth a shot!

I actually took out the drives during the skeleton crew boot, so that's not the issue.
