I was actively sending emails when I suddenly got prompted to log back into my iCloud account. Upon trying to log in, I received a message stating, 'This account is locked. Confirm your information to request access to this account.' I've provided all the necessary information, but now I'm stuck because it says I'll receive an email to restore access, and I can't access my email since I'm locked out. I pay for AppleCare+ and urgently need to access my account due to a court case with a deadline on September 15th. When I reached out to support, they told me that my account became inactive and advised me to wait 24 hours for a follow-up email. However, since I can't access my email, I'm in a bit of a bind. What should I do?

It sounds like your account might be locked due to a violation of Apple's terms and conditions, especially since they often enforce strict rules around email usage. If you don't see activation after 24 hours, it could mean that your request was denied.
When you were sending those emails, did you happen to send the same content to over 50 different addresses at once? Also, were you using your Apple ID email to send them? That might have triggered the lockout.
I primarily use iCloud for my main email. I sent out emails with similar content to different people, but it wasn't in bulk. I sent around 20-30 emails individually, not more than 50. I'm just trying to inform various politicians about an ongoing court case. There's nothing fraudulent about it.
Sounds like quite the predicament! Sending emails from prison, huh?
