I have an HP laptop (model 15m-ds0011dx) that refuses to turn on after what seems like a faulty update. The power button keeps flickering on and off, and I can't tell if the laptop is on or off since the screen is completely black. Just yesterday, everything was working fine, but during the update, the percentage stuck at 7% and sometimes bounced to 8% before dropping back down to 7%. I need some help figuring out what to do. Should I attempt to open it up and unplug something?

One question: Did you happen to turn off your laptop before the update finished? Sometimes that can lead to issues.
Have you tried removing the battery? If your laptop allows it, take the battery out for a couple of minutes, plug it back in, and then see if it’ll turn on again.
Yeah, I had to turn it off because the update was being stuck at 7% for hours. Now I'm worried I might have completely bricked it.
