Hey everyone, I've been dealing with some serious problems in our AVD environment located in US East 2 over the past couple of days. The AVDs keep crashing randomly, and I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing similar issues?

We faced some issues on September 10th with our Citrix PVS servers in East US 2. Everything completely stopped for about ten minutes, but thankfully things have been running smoothly since then.
We opened a Sev A ticket on Wednesday evening and it took Microsoft about 6.5 hours to respond. When they finally did, they apologized and mentioned a critical resource failure in East US, which led to a flood of support queries that overloaded the Sev A Critical Situation support team.
Same here! I’ve been getting timeout issues and really long queues when trying to deploy models. It’s super frustrating!
I switched to a new resource in a different region, and now everything's working again. So, it definitely seems like something’s going on with US East 2.
