I'm really struggling with WSUS lately and could use some input. Since the last Patch Day, I'm facing a ton of issues. Clients aren't reporting anymore, and I'm seeing that 90% of them show up as 'Not Installed' despite being approved. I'm also getting constant download errors, and believe me, the problems don't stop there.
I've checked the SQL database, and it's clean. The approvals, GPOs, and IIS configurations all seem correct, except for this bizarre issue where SelfUpdate doesn't work on any server, whether upstream or downstream. Honestly, I'm at my wits' end here!

Honestly, I’m with the folks who say to stop relying on WSUS. It’s been nothing but trouble for a lot of people. Have you thought about switching to MS Update Online instead? Might save you a lot of headaches!
