Hey folks, I'm looking to upgrade my aging PC because it's struggling to run modern games and apparently isn't compatible with Windows 11. Here's what I currently have:
- **Processor**: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
- **Video Card**: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
- **Operating System**: Windows 10
- **RAM**: 16 GB
I'm not very knowledgeable about PC components, but I'd love to get some recommendations for a modern setup that offers good performance without breaking the bank. Also, I'd like to know if changing the parts myself would be manageable if I decide to order them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't pinned down a budget yet. I guess around €500 to €1000 could work, but I’m not sure if that would be enough for a decent upgrade from my current setup. Would love suggestions and approximate costs!
