Why isn’t my RAM running at the XMP speed?

Hey everyone! I've got 16GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3600MHz, but for some reason, it's only clocking in at 2133MHz. I've enabled XMP in the BIOS and tried adjusting the voltage, but nothing seems to change. When I save the BIOS settings, my PC restarts multiple times, which makes me think XMP is unstable. I'm totally lost on how to fix this! Just so you know, my BIOS is updated, and my setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and an ASRock AB350 Pro4 motherboard with G.Skill memory. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try manually setting your memory clock to the next step above 2133 to see if the changes save and actually boot up. If they do, that could mean your RAM isn't stable at 3600MHz, and you might have better luck with speeds between 3200MHz and 3400MHz at 1.35V. You may also want to set the timings manually instead of leaving them on Auto. Using CPU-Z can help you see what the Auto settings are assigning. If this doesn't work, it might just be booting into a different saved profile on your board.

Thanks for the tips! I managed to save at 3000MHz, but 3200MHz still doesn't work. Any ideas on how to push it to at least 3200MHz if not 3600?
