How Do I Capture a New Image for Our Laptops After an Admin Left?

I'm in a bit of a bind here since our only admin who managed the laptop images has left, and now I need to deploy a new image for our laptops. I've been trying to capture a new one, but when I access the Wizard, the volume selection is completely blank. I've dabbed into some troubleshooting steps like using Sysprep and attempting to manually name the volumes via command line, but nothing seems to be working. I also tried downloading WinPE drivers from Lenovo's site but still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this?

Have you considered using MDT, SCCM, or FOG for the deployment? I usually take a clean install.wim from the Windows ISO and just customize it during the deployment process or with Group Policy Objects later on. Might save you some headaches!
