Looking for a Budget-Friendly RMM Solution

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a new Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system. Currently, we're using Ninja, which has been decent, but we're quite a small team focused mainly on phone systems. The problem is, Ninja requires a minimum number of licenses that is about 50% more than what we actually need. We primarily use it for remote connections and occasionally for workstations and Office 365 backups. We're managing around 50 computers and are on the lookout for a reliable yet low-cost RMM option. What do you recommend?

It really depends on your specific needs. We’ve been using Action1, and it's pretty solid. It's completely free for the first 200 endpoints with no restrictions, which might suit your needs perfectly!

Action1 is a fantastic option! It's totally free for up to 200 endpoints, and even if you're managing more like us at 270, it still works fine. The remote access is basic, but the patch management is really effective. Plus, it lets you perform remote reboots and run scripts easily.

I think you should reconsider how much you're paying. Sometimes, it's better to invest a bit more to avoid future headaches. But definitely keep an eye on expenses!

It sounds like you're looking for something that's cheap but still effective, without needing all the fancy features. You definitely need to weigh your options carefully to find the best fit for your small setup.

Have you thought about Splashtop Remote Support? It's great for screen access and they have a basic endpoint management option that could meet your RMM needs.
