From my experience, Lenovo laptops work really well with Linux. If you're not super familiar with Linux, go for the more stable and user-friendly options like Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, or Linux Mint. Among these, for a machine with around 4GB of RAM, I'd lean towards Linux Mint for better performance. Ubuntu and Fedora can be a bit sluggish at that RAM level.
