Acer Nitro 5 Boot Issue: Need Help Troubleshooting!

Hey everyone! I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58, and it's been acting up lately. I came back from college and found out it won't boot up at all. When I hit the power button, the LED lights up blue for a few seconds and then goes dark, plus the keyboard backlight doesn't light up either. I tried draining the battery by holding the power button, but that didn't help. I contacted customer support, and they suggested my NVMe SSD was failing, so I swapped it with one from a friend's similar laptop. It worked for a little while but then went back to the same symptoms. Now it seems like the laptop can't even recognize the SSD. I've done some research online about POST (Power-On Self-Test) but I'm still in the dark about what's wrong. If anyone has any insights or solutions, I'd really appreciate your help!

Have you tried taking out the RAM and putting it back in? If you have more than one RAM module, you might want to test them one at a time to see if one of them is causing the issue.

You mentioned trying to drain the battery, but have you considered running it directly on a power adapter without the battery? I’ve had some luck with that before when troubleshooting strange boot issues.

I see you've tried a lot already, but just to clarify: when the technician looked at your laptop, did they remove the SSD and test it on another machine? Sometimes it's not just about swapping it out; it could be something with the motherboard or connections. And about that missing part below the heatsink, could it have anything to do with cooling or power delivery?
