Need Help with New PC Build – Strange Internet Issues!

I just completed building a new PC with a Ryzen 9 9800x3d, an RTX 5070ti, and an MSI Tomahawk B850 motherboard, but I'm facing a frustrating issue. Every time I boot it up, it connects to the internet via ethernet, yet I can only load Google and its search results. Attempting to open any other web pages leads to a 'too many redirects' error. I've spent hours searching for solutions online and trying everything possible. Since the build is brand new, I've reset and cleared browser settings multiple times, so it's definitely not related to cookies or cache. I also turned off all firewalls and security settings, disabled extensions, and set my DNS to Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), but the issue persists. Occasionally, the internet works fine, but this happens only about 20% of the time. I noticed that clicking Google search results often triggers the redirect error, while typing URLs directly usually works. I've updated Windows, the motherboard BIOS, and the ethernet drivers as well. Is there a simple fix that I'm overlooking?
