Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a gaming PC from scratch with a budget of $2,000. I've previously posted about a $1,000 build, but I felt the parts weren't really up to snuff for future gaming demands. Right now, I'm using a laptop with a 3050 Ti and an Intel i5, and I couldn't even get the Battlefield 6 beta to run smoothly.
I'm considering an AMD GPU, but I've heard mixed reviews about their performance, particularly regarding stuttering. Is there any truth to that? Most of the top-ranked GPUs on UserBenchmark seem to favor NVIDIA. Since I haven't owned an AMD card before, I'm uncertain. I had someone help me create a $1k build a while back, and I've linked it here for reference. Just to clarify, the $2k budget doesn't include a monitor or accessories. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Here’s a suggestion: If you need a 1440p 240Hz OLED monitor, I added a build link to help you out! But one question: Is a 15% performance difference a big deal for you? The 5070 Ti might be about 15% slower than the 5080. If you're focusing heavily on gaming, that tiny gap might be worth considering.
UserBenchmark isn’t the best for comparing GPUs, especially when it comes to AMD cards—they're known to be biased. For more reliable comparisons, check TechPowerUp instead. Also, just to clarify, are you committing to the $2k budget? Do you have a Micro Center nearby? You might find some good deals there!
