I'm having a strange issue with my PCT2875 monitor where the left half of the screen darkens while the right side stays bright. Restarting the monitor sometimes fixes it, but it's unpredictable; sometimes it works on the first try, and other times it takes me several tries to get it back to normal. I've already swapped HDMI cables and tried different connections, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what might be going on?

If you want, I can help you compare your images! Here’s the first one: [link] I’d love to see what the other one looks like for comparison.
It sounds like your monitor is just playing tricks on you! Have you noticed if it happens more when the monitor is warm or after being on for a while? Sometimes temperature can affect the display if there's an issue with the electronics.
By the way, why can’t we attach images anymore? It would help to see a comparison of the dark screen and normal screen. Just a thought!
Honestly, it might be time to consider getting a new monitor. The issue you’re describing sounds like it could be a hardware failure. If it’s only the left half that’s dimming and it fluctuates, it could be an internal fault that’s not easily fixable. It’s frustrating, I know!
That's it? No chance of fixing it?
