I recently bought a 64GB SD card to use with my camera, which I've used with other cards without any trouble. After filming a test video, I transferred the card to my laptop's integrated SD port. However, when I put the card back in the camera the next day, it wouldn't let me film, stating that it couldn't write to the card. I tried to format it on my laptop, but it shows as read-only. I've followed multiple suggestions to fix this issue, but none have worked. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Where did you purchase the SD card? If it's from a less reputable source, there might be a big chance it's defective. Double-check the card on other devices if you can; if the problem persists everywhere, that’s a strong indicator it might need to be returned.
Make sure to check if there's a physical lock switch on the side of the SD card; that's often the culprit. If the switch is already in the unlocked position and it still says read-only, your card might be faulty. Sometimes, new cards come with issues right out of the box. Try using a different card reader or even see if it works in another device. If nothing works, returning or exchanging the card might be your best bet.
