Hey everyone, I'm feeling pretty lost with my Windows 10 setup. It suddenly went haywire after working perfectly fine. I'm mainly using it for cloud apps and a few local programs, and I still have about 300 GB of free space. The SSD is in good shape according to CrystalDisk (94% health), and ESET says there's no malware. Here's what's happening:
- I can't shut down; it gets stuck on the 'Shutting down' screen.
- My network adapter is recognized, but I can't get online. The troubleshooter just hangs, and I can't even uninstall and reinstall the adapter.
- Task Manager refuses to close and hangs up too.
- Windows Explorer is creeping along at just 16% responsiveness.
Oh, and while I was typing this, I got a BSOD with a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE stop code. I'm kind of at a loss here, any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like you've got a pretty frustrating situation on your hands! One crucial step you can take is to check for any dump files from the BSOD. If you can access Windows normally or boot into Safe Mode, head over to C:WindowsMinidump and see if there are any files there. If there are, zip them up and upload them to a site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. The more dump files, the better for diagnosing the issue! Also, consider changing the settings to create Small Memory Dumps, just in case you need more data later. Good luck!
