Choosing the Right Motherboard for My Build

I'm trying to choose a motherboard for my build which includes a 7600 CPU and 2x16GB of 6000MHz RAM. I've been looking at B650 boards, but every one that has good reviews seems to have some kind of major flaw when I dig deeper. For instance, I've read that MSI boards have issues with USB ports and WiFi, while Asrock boards can fry CPUs. Asus and Gigabyte also have other miscellaneous problems. I'm considering whether I should go for a higher-end B650 that's been around longer or if I should just take the plunge on a new, but pricier B800 board, which I've noticed doesn't have much user feedback yet. What do you all think?

Honestly, if you don’t need a ton of USB ports or super fast WiFi, you can’t go too wrong with any board for that CPU. Just make sure it has enough storage slots, fits your case, and has enough headers for RGB or fans. You’ll probably be fine!

Yeah, but it’s more about those persistent issues. Like, that MSI USB problem can be a real hassle when it prevents your keyboard from working.

From what I know, Asrock boards have been known to cause issues, especially with x3D CPUs. A cheaper B800 might still be a solid option since it’s newer technology, despite the lack of user reviews.

Yeah, but if you look into the Asrock threads, it seems like they’re not just frying x3Ds. Kinda worrying to consider!
