Need Help with My TUF B650 Plus: No Power at All!

Hey everyone! I'm building a PC with a TUF B650 Plus motherboard and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU. When I first tried to power it up, absolutely nothing happened—no lights, no sounds, just dead silence. I've removed all the components, including the CPU, and tried to boot and even flash the BIOS, but nothing happens. I've also tested with a different PSU and still, no LEDs light up. Any thoughts on what I could try next before I consider returning the motherboard?

What PC case are you using? Also, have you made sure that the Front Panel power connectors are hooked up right to the motherboard? Sometimes it can be a simple connection issue.

It's an older case. I even tried manually shorting the power pins and using the flash button on the motherboard, but nothing happened.

First things first, check if the outlet you're using has power. Also, make sure that the switch on the PSU is turned on. Don't forget to double-check that the front panel switch is connected correctly to the header pins on the motherboard. Lastly, ensure the CPU and the 24-pin connectors are properly plugged in on both ends—motherboard and PSU. If you’ve already checked all that, you might have a dead motherboard.

I went through all that too, tried different outlets and confirmed that both the CPU and 24-pin are connected. I'm really starting to think the motherboard is faulty.
