What’s Up with Windows 10 Updates for 22H2 Before Support Ends?

I've noticed that Windows 23H2 and 24H2 received preview updates recently, but there hasn't been anything for Windows 10 22H2. With Windows 10 support officially ending on October 14th, can I expect to get the usual Patch Tuesday updates on that date?

Yes, you'll definitely see updates on the 14th. But be careful; if a zero-day vulnerability is found right after that, you might run into problems without Extended Security Updates.

They do occasionally release fixes for critical flaws even for those without ESU, so it might not be the end of the world.

If I were being super cautious, I'd think that Microsoft might be holding back preview updates to keep hackers in the dark about potential fixes for the last update. Just a thought!

Windows 10 is reaching its end of life on October 14th, so yeah, it's probably time to consider upgrading to Windows 11.

True, but my older PC doesn't have TPM, so I'm stuck on Win10 for now.

I hear you! If anyone can approve the purchase of new machines, that would help. It's too late for some systems though. I'm just planning to keep my current Win10 machines updated until I can no longer do so without extended support. I think they'll still get the usual updates on the 14th and maybe even hold out for an emergency update if needed.
