I'm currently managing access to three server closets and several side building doors, which use AlarmLock Cipher locks. Honestly, physically auditing them is a hassle, and configuring access for different users feels outdated, especially since the AlarmLock DL Windows software isn't very reliable. I'm looking for modern solutions, preferably ones that use Bluetooth or RFID technology, allow wireless management, and might even come with cloud-based capabilities to easily set up or revoke access rights and audit logs. What systems do you all recommend?

We use ProDataKey for all our facilities, including server rooms. A local access control company handled the installation, and it's been smooth so far.
For our access control, we've opted for the Verkada door controller. It works great alongside a camera, and you can use iOS devices for entry. It also provides easy notifications for any potential tailgating, plus auditing access is a breeze.
I usually recommend Paxton for physical access control. It's pretty simple to set up and offers a lot of flexibility. They've recently introduced a cloud option too, which is nice. I also think Unifi Access looks promising, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.
