You can get a replacement for your AirPod Pro 3 case, but it's handled through service replacements rather than the online store. Check out the Apple support page for AirPods. Just select 'Lost item' for the service type and choose 'Charging Cases' under the product list for more info. It should guide you through the process!
I tried that too, but it seems like the option for Pro 3 cases wasn't listed. Maybe I should call support directly?
