I'm on the hunt for the best Python course that can help me get into back-end development and machine learning. I've felt overwhelmed by the amount of content on YouTube and don't have a strong background in programming, so I'm looking for recommendations from those who have had positive experiences with specific courses.

There isn't really a single 'best' course out there. For beginners, it's important to master the basics first. Watching tutorials can help, but actively coding and practicing what you learn is crucial. I've mostly relied on Google and the official documentation instead of formal courses, and that worked great for me! You might consider that approach too.

If you're looking for resources beyond formal courses, check out Kaggle’s learning section. They have some nice, hands-on tutorials specifically for data science and machine learning topics. Another useful site is d2l.ai, which has great content for deep learning.

You might want to look at this collection of free and open courses on machine learning: https://nocomplexity.com/documents/fossml/mlcourses.html. It’s got a bit of everything, so you can find something that suits your needs.

If you're just starting out, I recommend checking out CS50 from Harvard. It's a solid introduction to computer science and covers the fundamentals you need. Plus, they offer a specific course on AI with Python as well. Both of these courses are free and available online! Here's the link to the CS50 course: https://pll.harvard.edu/course/cs50-introduction-computer-science.
