I'm trying to restrict access to personal Gmail and Google Drive accounts on our company devices, but we need to keep Google Meet accessible. I currently have the following domains blocked:
- gmail.com
- mail.google.com
- workspace.google.com
- accounts.google.com
- myaccount.google.com
- drive.google.com
Are any of these domains specifically related to Google Meet? Is it even feasible to achieve what I'm aiming for?

This could easily turn into a game of whack-a-mole! It's tough because users will find ways around restrictions. Many companies face this issue with personal accounts on work devices. I know some teams successfully block Gmail while still using Drive and Meet, but I’m not sure how they configure it.
Unfortunately, what you're trying to do isn’t feasible with the approach you're using. Blocking those domains will also impact Google Meet, which relies on some of them. You might need a different strategy to manage access without losing Meet functionality.
I can relate! It’s frustrating trying to keep personal accounts off company gear. You mentioned blocking logins to browsers, which is a start, but it sounds like a comprehensive solution involves more. Have you thought about discussing this with your IT department to see if they have tools to help with this?
