Could There Be a Hidden Camera in My Float Tank Room?

Last night, I went to my usual float tank venue, and I had a weird experience. The receptionist was acting a bit odd—he seemed nervous while speaking with me, which I didn't think much of at the time. When I got there, he told me I was in room 3, but I had a message saying I was booked for room 2. He then rushed off to my room for a few minutes before telling me it was ready, which seemed strange since they usually have a 30-minute buffer for cleaning.

Once I entered the room, my instincts kicked in, and I started wondering if there might be a hidden camera. I searched the room thoroughly but didn't find anything unusual. During my session, which involves being completely naked in a dark pod, I noticed a red flashing light from a ceiling fixture that didn't seem to be working. After the session, when I got out, that light was the only one off, and the red light was still flashing. I can't tell if I'm being paranoid or if there is something to be concerned about. Any advice on how to confirm whether there's a camera in there? I'm really uneasy about the whole situation.

First off, you should definitely report this to the police. Let them check it out for you; the situation sounds pretty sketchy. And make sure you document everything—names, times, and what happened. Don’t go telling the spa first because they might try to cover it up. It's important you have a record of things as they happened!

What if they change things before the police get there? Shouldn't I find a way to check for a camera myself?
