Help! Just built my PC but my 5070 Ti OC won’t output signal

Hey everyone! I'm a first-time PC builder and recently got a PNY 5070 Ti OC. I've hooked it up to my GIGABYTE Eagle B650 AX motherboard and I'm using a be quiet! Pure Power 12M 1000W PSU, which has a direct 12VHPWR connection for the GPU. Here's the problem: the fans on the GPU spin when I power it on, but I'm not getting any signal on my monitor through both DisplayPort and HDMI connections. The monitor simply says 'no signal' and eventually goes to sleep. I've confirmed that the GPU is correctly seated and I've tried all the output ports on it. The monitor seems fine since it detects inputs from my laptop without issues. On one rare occasion, I got a different boot screen which indicated some sort of issue related to TPM and I pressed 'Y' to proceed, but after rebooting, it returned to the same no-signal issue. I've also removed the CMOS battery per the motherboard manual, but that didn't change anything. When I booted without the GPU, the motherboard's LEDs showed a cycle down to VGA and then got stuck, which I think is normal. Do you think my 5070 Ti could be dead, or am I missing something? I'd really like to access the BIOS to check if everything is detected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since you're using a CPU that doesn't end in 'F', it likely has an integrated GPU. Try connecting your monitor to the motherboard instead of the GPU to see if you can get it to display anything. That might help you access the BIOS and check if everything is working correctly.

Have you tried plugging your monitor directly into the motherboard? That's a solid first step. Also, since it's a new motherboard, check if the BIOS is updated. Sometimes, initial releases can have issues with newer GPUs. If you can't get a signal at all, maybe check with the GPU removed to see if it posts any messages!
