I'm looking to put together a PC setup for around $1000 and want to know if the parts I've chosen are good. Here's the link to my build on PCPartPicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jZgk2x. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Honestly, this setup could use some tweaks. For starters, you definitely need a graphics card unless you plan on doing nothing graphically intensive. Also, just a heads up, the BIOS may not support that CPU right off the bat, so you might run into some issues there. Do you absolutely need the whole setup including peripherals to stay under $1000?
I’d recommend going with an AM5 platform. If you can swing it, aim for a Ryzen 7600 or 9600X CPU and get yourself 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz RAM. It might stretch your budget a bit but it gives you a solid upgrade path down the line, which is super useful!
Thank you for the advice!
Here's how I would build it:
- **CPU**: Intel Core Ultra 5 225F
- **Cooler**: Thermalright Assassin X 120
- **Motherboard**: MSI PRO B860M-A WIFI
- **RAM**: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6000
- **Storage**: Western Digital WD_Black SN850X 1TB NVMe SSD
- **GPU**: XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 7600
- **Case**: Lian Li Lancool 207
- **PSU**: Apevia Prestige 600W Gold Certified
This total comes out to about $933, giving you some leeway for any additional parts or upgrades! Here’s the link to my list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/D9T8pK).
Thank you, that looks great!
What exactly do you want to do with this computer? You've got a CPU with no integrated graphics and no dedicated GPU listed. Also, 8GB of RAM might not be enough for most tasks. Let's clarify your needs to help better!

Yes, I need everything to be under $1000.
