I recently built my PC and left some PCIe slot VGA cables connected that I ultimately don't need. Since everything is already plugged in, it's a hassle to disconnect them because I can't reach the cable buttons without moving a bunch of stuff around. Is it necessary to remove these cables, or can I just tidy them up and leave them in? I didn't anticipate that I wouldn't need them when I started building!

If you're using onboard video, it's totally fine to leave those cables in place. Just tuck them away neatly so they’re not in the way. Your PC should run just fine!

I have a 5080 in there that needed its own type of cable. I’m not sure if that means I'm using onboard video, but everything seems to be working well.
