I'm feeling really overwhelmed about what programming path to take. I've been learning C++ because it helps me understand the fundamentals of programming and problem-solving. However, I'm also considering diving into web development, both front-end and back-end, since they seem to offer a lot of opportunities. I know these are two very different areas, so I'm stuck on whether I should continue focusing on C++ for now and then switch to web development later, or if I should just jump into web development now. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

It really depends on what you want to achieve! Before you decide, think about your goals. For example, if you want to develop video games, sticking with C++ is definitely beneficial. But if you're more interested in building websites or apps, then learning web development might be the way to go. Focus on what excites you!
